Since appearing in shows such as Clique Wars and short films, actor and singer Dominic Kline played the role of Brayden in popular Brat series Total Eclipse alongside Mackenzie Ziegler. Last year, Dominic released his debut single Intimidate Me to streaming services and has plans to continue writing his own music and uploading covers. Answering our questions, Dominic talks about releasing Intimidate Me, working on a Brat series and filming for Total Eclipse.

You played the role of Brayden in Total Eclipse, can you tell us about the show?

It’s pretty much about a girl named Cassie (Kenzie Ziegler).

How was it playing Brayden and how would you describe him?

It was really sick playing Brayden, I loved it. I guess I would describe him as cool, calm and collected.

What is it like working on a Brat series?

It’s awesome, all the crew and cast are so welcoming and nice, it just makes the whole atmosphere of the set go up!

Have you had much fan response to your character?

Yes, I’ve had a lot of fan response but they always mistake my character’s name for Brandon 😂.

How was it working alongside the rest of the cast and what did you get up to in-between filming scenes?

It was sick, as I said earlier, and behind the scenes we would talk or go to craft services or play games!

Did you have a favourite scene or episode to film?

Probably the house scene when the boys and girls meet up at Sam’s house and watch a movie.

How were you involved in Dirt?

I was a little cameo in it. I had to go up and ask for coffee.

What do you remember from your time on set of The Bandit Hound?

I really don’t remember too much, it was so long ago.

Who was your character Aiden?

Oh, I remember this, my character Aiden was a friend of the main character and he was very funny!

What’s it like filming short productions?

Filming anything is a blast, to be honest and short films are no exception!

Can you tell us about your single Intimidate Me and how did you feel releasing it?

I wrote Intimidate Me with my singing coach and honestly, I thought it was good but I wanted to wait longer before posting it.

What are your upcoming music plans?

I’m trying to learn how to write songs better and play piano a little cleaner so I can post covers and originals on the piano.

How would you describe your music style?

My music style is like a mix of Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber.

How old were you when you got into both acting and music?

I was ten for both but I’ve wanted to act since I was three.

Do you have any current projects you are filming or have coming up?

I do have a couple but I can’t talk about them yet but once I can, I’ll definitely come to you!
